[Cancellation fee]
(a) In the event of cancellation on or after the day falling on the 20th day (10th day in the case of a day trip) counting back from the day before the trour start date (except in the cases listed in (b) to (e)): 20% of the tour price
(b) In the event of cancellation on or after the 7th day (except in the cases listed in (c) to (e) below) counting from the day before the tour start date: 30% of the tour price
(c) In the event of cancellation on the day before the tour start date: 40% of the tour price
(d) In the event of cancellation on the day of the commencement of the tour (excluding the cases listed in (e)): 50% of the tour price
(e) In the event of cancellation or no-show after the commencement of the tour: 100% of the trip fee

＊In the event that the number of participants is not reached, or in the event of force majeure, such as a disaster or accident, the tour may be changed or cancelled up to three days prior to the start of the tour.
＊Depending on the number of participants, a medium or small bus may be used.

＊The tour conductor will accompany you to ensure that everything is done to the best of his/her ability. We ask for your understanding that a certain amount of rest time will be taken from time to time.
