All nationals arriving from all regions are called upon to wait 14 days at designated locations such as a hotel, company housing, a short-term rental apartment or private accommodation and to avoid using public transportation for the time being.

The tour includes Skyliner ticket from Narita airport to Keisei-Ueno station, and parking lot and fee at Keisei-Ueno station for picking up travelers to go to a location designated. Please arrange the car by yourself in advance.

Terms of use
This tour is available only to those who have a “negative” quarantine test (antigen test or PCR test) at the time of entry.

We are sorry, but if the test result was positive, you cannot use the tour.
In case, the cancellation fee will not be charged.

You will be required to fill in your personal information such as name, sexuality, date of birth, address, contact information, E-mail, nationality and passport number, in addition to scheduled date, flight number, arrival time and destination when you apply.

Child JPYen 3,250/person (aged 6 to 11 years)

◇Important information

-The tour is to use Keisei Skyliner riding dedicated car and parking lot at Keisei-Ueno station.

 The plan includes parking 60-minute service ticket.

Parking lot vehicle restrictions
Width 2.0m or less, length 6.0m or less, weight 2.0t or less
Height 2.1m or less (some cabins are 1.8m or less)
Motorcycles are not available.

 

-Please prepare your own car from Keisei-Ueno station in advance.

-Please note that this plan is only used by those who have your pick-up car.

-Please note that you will not be able to move on foot or use public transportation after arriving at Keisei-Ueno station.

-Please note that the parking lot cannot be reserved

-The Keisei-Ueno station parking lot may be full  on some weekends and consecutive holidays, and may not be available at your favorable time. Please tell the pick-up person to come with plenty of time.

-The contents specified in the itinerary may change due to infection of COVID-19.

– The additional fee will be charged if the car park over 60 minutes.

-Special compensation will apply for the period starting from getting on to get off Skyliner.

How to apply

(1) Please select the date of use and Skyliner train number from the timetable below.

(2) Please enter the necessary information in the application form.

(3) Please pay by credit card after receiving the reservation acceptance completion email.

(4) On the day of boarding: Please come to SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER “SIC” 30 minutes before the departure of Skyliner train.

(5) Please receive the voucher and parking 60minute-service ticket at “SIC”.

Applications on the website are available until 17:00, 3 days before the date of use.

Select the Skyliner train

– Please select the Skyliner train which departure time is about 3 hours later after arrival.

– The last train of the plan is Skyliner No.64 departing from Narita Airport Terminal 1 at 19:00 (weekdays).

If you will not be able to take Skyliner No. 64 due to flight delays or the congestion of the inspection, the tour will be  canceled. In this case, please contact us. We will refund you without cancellation fee.

– If there are vacant seats on the day, you can change the train for free (only once).

Precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus

<Skyliner>

– 20 seats only which are half of seating capacity

– Dedicated vehicle No. 8 only, so you will not able to move other vehicles.

– You will stop off at Keisei-Ueno station only. You will not get off at intermediate stations, such as Aoto / Nippori station.

–  Please refrain from eating and drinking in the train.

– You will use the ticket gate different from that of general customers after arriving Keisei-Ueno station.

 

<Parking lot>

 Please note that the parking lot cannot be reserved.

 Only for a company or private car which you have arranged

– Only for passenger cars, not available for motorcoaches 

-Additional fee will be charged if the car park over 60 minutes. 

– The Keisei-Ueno station parking lot may be full on some weekends and consecutive holidays and may not be available at your favorable time.

 Please come to the parking lot with plenty of time for picking you up.

–  The dedicated meeting space is prepared. Please meet there with the pick-up person.

Thank you for using “KEISEI SMART ACCESS”.

“KEISEI SMART ACCESS” is intended for those who enter Japan from overseas using Narita Airport (those who is negative test results for new coronavirus infection in quarantine or who are entering from an area not required of the quarantine test.
This tour is planning and conducting by Keisei Travel Service Co., Ltd.

You are required to ride both the Skyliner and a hired car on this tour.

We would like to ask you to make sure of the following items before using.

 

  • 1. At the time of entry

After customs inspection, when you come out to the arrival lobby, follow the “Railway” sign and come to “SKYLINER & KEISEI INFORMATION CENTER” (hereinafter referred to as “SIC”).

 

  • 2. At SIC

(1) When entering SIC, please cooperate with the following infectious disease prevention measures.
– Implementation of temperature measurement
– Disinfection of fingers
– Wearing a mask

(2) Those who have a fever of 37.5°C/99.5°F or higher will not be allowed to enter SIC. In addition, you cannot use “KEISEI SMART ACCESS” tour. In this case, the travel fee will be refunded without any fees.

(3) After entering SIC, please complete the procedure at the dedicated counter.

★ What you need for the procedure?
– Reservation number and name (credit card payment screen or copy, etc.)
– Passport for all guests

(4) You cannot use the restroom in the Skyliner train. Please go to the restroom in advance at the airport.

 

  • 3. When getting on the Skyliner train

(1) Please come to the Keisei Skyliner ticket gate after completing the procedures at SIC.
(2) Please present your voucher at the ticket gate with the station staff and come to the Skyliner platform.
(3) Please use the designated seat of the “KEISEI SMART ACCESS” exclusive car of the Skyliner No.8.
(4) Please disinfect your hands with the disinfectant installed in the train getting on the Skyliner train.
(5) Please wear a mask in the train.
(6) You can only move to a car specified in advance.
(7) You cannot use the restroom or vending machine in the train.
(8) Please refrain from talking in the train. A microphone is installed to monitor the situation inside the train.
(9) Please refrain from eating and drinking in the train.
(10) The only station you can get off is Keisei-Ueno station. You cannot get off at intermediate stations suck as Aoto/Nippori station.
(11) Please follow the instructions of the staff in the station and in the train.

 

  • 4. Upon arrival at Keisei-Ueno station

(1) Follow the guidance of the staff and proceed to the designated waiting space at Keisei-Ueno station.
(2) For customers of “KEISEI SMART ACCESS”, please tell the person who pick you up to park in Ueno Parking and come to see you at the designated waiting space.

 

  • 5. Others

(1) Even if the Skyliner becomes inoperable after the completion of procedure at SIC, transfer transportation to other public transportation will not be arranged. In this case, we will provide an alternative method, but it may take a considerable amount of time to arrange.
(2) Keisei Travel Service is not responsible for any damage caused by the inability to operate the Skyliner.

 

-For guests using wheelchairs
Since the Skyliner does not have a space for wheelchairs, we have to ask you to move from the wheelchair to the seat.
If there is no assistance and it is difficult to move to the seat by yourself, we are sorry, but we will not able to accept your reservation.
Please also kindly note that staying on the deck using a wheelchair is not allowed to ensure the safety of our customers.

The station staff may wear face guards and gloves when assisting.
